Ingredients
Curd:Beaten -1/ 4 cups
Red chilli powder-1 tsp
Salt - to taste
Mint leaves;finely chopped- 1tbsp
Coriander Leaves;finely chopped -1 tbsp
Paneer - 250 gms
Tomatoes;cut into wedges -2 numbers
Onions;cut into wedges -2 numbers
Capsicum;;cut into wedges -2 numbers
Method
1. Cut Paneer into pieces.Keep aside.
2. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.Marinate for 4 hours.
3. Insert the marinated mixture in the rods;onion-paneer-tomato-capsicum.Or fry them in the pan till golden brown.Fry the other vegetables of your choice.
4.Serve hot.
