1 tsp oyster sauce
1 tsp honey
Method
1 onion chopped in 1 inch pieces
1/2 red capsicum chopped in 1 inch pieces
1/2 yellow capsicum chopped in 1 inch pieces
1/2 green capsicum chopped in 1 inch pieces
1 cup paneer cut into small pieces

2-3 garlic flakes crushed.
1 tbsp sesame oil
Marinade
1 tbsp teriyaki sauce
1 tbsp green chilli sauce
1 tsp soya sauce
1 tsp oyster sauce
1 tsp honey
Method
Marinate the capsicums, onion & paneer in the marinade and refrigerate for an hour or two.
Heat a wok, add the sesame oil, add the garlic flakes, torn basil leaves and stir fry for a min.
Now add the marinated paneer and vegetables and stir fry on medium heat for 3-4 mins.
You may need to reduce the fire sometimes to allow the vegetables to cook and to avoid burning them.
Transfer to serving plate and serve hot.
The paneer can be lightly sprinkled with a combination of flour+ corn flour to get a crispy texture.
